About The Editors  

Aheibam Rajmani Singha M.Com (Gold medalist) and Ph.D. from Manipur University is currently working as Professor of Finance and Accounting in the Department of Commerce, Manipur University, Imphal. He has published eleven books and 50 research papers in national and international repute. His eleven books include Handlooms of Manipur; Commerce Education in North East India; Financial Inclusions for Inclusive Growth; Youth, Peace and Development, Tourism Industry in India, Tourism Industry in North East India, Microfinance for Poverty Alleviation, Microfinance: Boon or Bane and Youth in Conflict Resolutions. In the last two decades, he has been attending and participating 42 national and 15 international seminars and conferences as paper presenter inside and outside the country and also actively participating as discussant and rapporteur. His area of interest is Finance (Microfinance, Financial Management and Security Analysis and Portfolio Management), Management Accounting, Management and Marketing. Singh was the founder President of the Association of Commerce Alumni (ACA) Department of Commerce, Manipur University and also the founder president of Manipur University Alumni Association (MUAA). He has been consultant to several Microfinance Institutions, Non-Government Organizations and SHGs, JLGs of the state in particular and region in general.    

Otojit Kshetrimayum is currently working as Associate Fellow & Coordinator, Centre for North East India, V.V. Giri National Labour Institute, Noida. Before joining this institute, he was working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Sociology, Sikkim University, Gangtok and as Senior Fellow in the Women’s Studies and Development Centre, University of Delhi. He completed his Ph. D. in Sociology from the Centre for the Study of Social Systems, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. He has more than eight years of teaching and research experience. He is Coordinator of the Centre for North East India, V.V. Giri National Labour Institute and one of the Associate Editors of the journal, Labour and Development. He is also the Associate Editor of Awards Digest: Journal of Labour Legislation. His areas of interests are Industrial Sociology, Sociology of Occupations and Mobilities, Skill Development, Social Protection and Livelihood Security, Gender & Labour Issues and Labour & Employment in North East India. He has also interests in folk and popular culture, and religious practices especially of the Manipuri and Korean society.

Nongmaithem Suraj Kumar (b.1990) is presently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of English, T.S. Paul Manipur Women’s College, Mongshangei. He completed his Graduation (English Literature) and Post-Graduation (English Language & Literature) from C.S.I Bishop Appasamy College of Arts & Science, Coimbatore. He finished his M.Ed. from D.M.C.T.E, Manipur. He holds Diploma in Communicative English (Bharathiar University), Diploma in Multilingual Office Automation (C-DAC) and Advance Diplomain Computer Application (E-Max Council of Vocational Training and Education). He holds a professional degree course on M.L.I.S and M.A (Sociology) from I.G.N.O.U. He has completed his Ph.D. in English from Nagaland University. His areas of interest include American Literature and Indian Literature. He has published papers in national and international referred journals. About the Editors

Pukhrambam Lilabati Devi is presently working as Assistant Professor S-II and Head (i/c) Department of Dance & Music, Manipur University, Canchipur. She has been awarded Ph. D in Dance at Hyderabad Central University. She has done her Master of Performing Arts (Dance) in Hyderabad Central University And She has completed Post Diploma course in Raas from Jawaharlal Nehru Manipur Dance Academy, Imphal and her Diploma and Post Diploma in Bharata Natyam from Kalakshetra Foundation Rukmini Devi College of Fine Arts, Chennai. She has also cleared U.G.C. Net and is awarded “A Grade” by Central Audition Board Prasar Bharti Broadcasting Corporation of India (Doordarshan), New Delhi the field of Manipuri Dance in 2014. She has successfully implemented a project under the aegis of STRIDE-COMPONENT-1 of the University Grants Commission (UGC), in the Department of Dance and Music, Manipur University. She now works as a Principal Investigator & Project Coordinator of the project. She is an enthusiastic young artiste struggling to explore the nuances of Manipuri and Bharata Natyam Indian dance forms with academic insights. She firmly concludes that the goal of her life is solely to discover dance, discover herself. 

Premlata Maisnam is at present Associate Professor & HOD of Department of education, Manipur University, Canchipur, Imphal with specialization of Population Education. She has a teaching experience of about 20 years to graduate and P.G. level. By now, she has the credit of publishing 23 papers in reputed Journals with ISSN, care-listed & Scopus. 10 published books edited and reference is also at her credit. She has participated in about 20 regional and national level seminars and conferences. She is the lifetime member of five Associations - Indian Science Congress, Kolkata, Psycholinguistics Association of India (PLAI), Agra, Indian Psychometric and Educational Research Association (IPERA), Patna, Praachi Psycho-Cultural Research Association. Dr Ingudam Yaipharemba Singh is an Assistant Professor in Manipur University's Department of National Security Studies in Imphal, Manipur.
